It is always a pleasant experience from when you first walk in to see the receptionist to when you get your teeth cleaned by hygienists to when you speak/work with the doctor himself. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They genuinely care about their patients! I always appreciate when Dr. Harshberger and his staff takes time to speak with me and answer all of my questions. The doctor even takes time to talk about other things outside dental stuff! Side note: This place has always been super sanitary even before Covid-19. It just shows you how professional they are when comes to taking precautions with staff and patients!"

"I can't give enough stars. I was on a search for a new dentist and found Premier. Dr. Harshberger and all the staff went above and beyond. I have a horrid fear of dentists (just from past experiences) which means *super* high anxiety. The receptionist was really kind and welcoming. The dental hygienist (terribly sorry, I'm bad with names) did such an incredible job of making me feel comfortable and at ease and was just really sweet (and gentle! Yay!). And Dr. Harshberger was so down to earth and sincere. Most of the dentists I've been to seem to be all about the money. But the Dr and all of his staff were so honest, kind, and knowledgeable. It truly was all good vibes. Also, after finding cavities during my checkup, the Dr asked if I'd like to get them filled. While I was there?! I'd never had this happen and now, after a quick and smooth fix-up (not waiting weeks/months of worry), I'm good to go until my next cleaning in six months. Couldn't be happier. Recommending to all I know :)"

"I have been going to Dr. Harshberger for about 3 years. Every time I come in, the staff are friendly and ask me about my life. They always take the time to offer advice on how to better take care of my teeth. Another good thing about this office is that they remind you of appointments by phone calls and texts! It's been so helpful in remembering an appointment I set 6 months ahead of time. I highly recommend!"

"My dentist retired year ago, and i was in market for new dentist. A friend of my wife recommended Dr Harshberger, and I am ever so grateful that we chose him as our dentist. I have had not one, but two, somewhat weird dental problems in this last year, and Dr Harshberger was ever so gracious with his time to work me in which cut into his lunch hour. He has incredible assistants who are friendly and do great work. I usually have fears going to a dentist, but I always come out of there with work done professionally, and always with a smile on my face. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give Dr Harshberger a try."

All the staff members, Rebecca, Teresa, the Hygienist Ellen, and Donna Dyer also there receptionist which is fairly new are all very attentive and friendly. Everytime I go there is feel like I'm going to a family reunion."
"My family saw Dr. Harshberger for the first time last week and our complete experience was amazing. As new patients we were able to get appointments within 2 weeks and they called when they had cancelled appointments to see if we wanted to get in earlier.
Once in the office they took great care of us. We have an autistic son who can't wait to go back for his next cleaning (this is a miracle in and of itself) and 2 other children that both had great things to say about Ellen and Dr. Harshberger. I have a very real fear of going to the dentist and Donna immediately put me to ease. She has a kind spirit and calming voice and is also proficient in her work. Rebecca worked on my husband and was awesome! He has quite a few dental issues and she was kind and informative. He went in thinking one thing was the only option for him and she put him at ease by explaining all the options available to him.
Last but not least, Dr. Harshberger was everything you'd want a dentist to be. He was great with our whole family and has above-average bedside manner. I left the office feeling like a million bucks. All in all it was a great experience and we have finally found our "forever" dentist."
"The best Dentist I've been to in over 50 years. The staff and Dr. H. were totally awesome in work and service. They did the best Dentures for me ever and took care of my 16 Year old girls cavity and filling with great success and she didn't mind it. Very little or no pain she said."
